Contacts

Contacts represent the people who interact with your support system.

Contact Properties

Each contact has:

  • Name - The customer's display name
  • Email - Primary email address
  • Conversations - History of all support interactions
  • Custom attributes - Any additional data you track

Contact Management

Contacts are automatically created when a customer starts their first conversation. You can also import contacts or create them manually from the dashboard.
