The Free plan gives you live chat with up to 50 active contacts and 50 conversations per month — no credit card required. It's a great way to test Fyves with your team before upgrading. Conversation history is kept for 30 days.

AI features run on a credit system. Every AI action — agent replies, summaries, routing decisions — costs credits based on the model tier and tokens used. Basic models cost ~1–5 credits, Standard ~3–20, and Advanced ~6–80 per action. Knowledge base operations also cost credits: 1 credit per page ingested and 1 credit per search query on Pro and Business plans. Pro includes 15,000 credits/mo and Business includes 50,000 credits/mo. If you need more mid-cycle, Pro and Business plans can purchase top-up packs.

Chat ($19/mo) gives you unlimited conversations, email channel, and up to 3 team members — but no AI features. Pro ($79/mo) adds 15,000 AI credits, up to 20 AI agents, a 250 MB knowledge base, webhooks, REST API, premium connectors, and support for 10 team members.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your data is always preserved.

When your credits are used up, AI-powered features pause until your next billing cycle starts or you purchase a top-up pack (available on Pro and Business). Your live chat, inboxes, and all non-AI features continue working normally.
